We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Before sending anything back, please contact us first so we can review your request and let you know if it qualifies.
How It Works Simply reach out to our support team with your order number and a quick explanation. We’ll guide you through the process and confirm approval before you ship anything back.
What Qualifies The item must be in its original condition — unused, with all parts and packaging included.
We may deny the return if the product shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing accessories. We reserve the right to make the final decision on whether a return is approved.
Special Cases If your book light arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong item, contact us right away (within the 30 days) with a photo and your order number. We’ll take care of it quickly — usually with a replacement or appropriate credit.
Important Notes
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your exchange or store credit within 5–7 business days.
- Store credit never expires and can be used anytime on future Lumiovo orders.
